매년 가을 한국에서 개최되는 세계한상대회 YBLF에 참여하고, YBLN 내부 심사를 통과하면 준회원으로 인정됩니다. 이후 2년 이내에 정기포럼, 시티포럼, 지역포럼 등을 3회 이상 참여하면 정회원이 됩니다. 정회원은 주요한 의사결정에 참여하여 투표할 수 있는 권리를 가집니다. 모든 회원은 매년 말 최종 선발이 이루어지고, 매년 일정액의 회비를 납부해야 합니다. 정회원은 3년에 한 번 이상의 포럼을 참석해야 자격을 유지할 수 있습니다. 모든 회원은 YBLN의 미션과 비전, 핵심가치, 규정을 충실히 준수하고 특정 종교나 정치적 언행 및 활동은 자제해야 합니다.

After participating in the YBLN City Forum, which is held around the world every year, or the World Korean Business Convention (Hansang Convention), which is held in autumn every year in Korea, and undergoing an internal screening process, you can acquire membership as an associate member. To become a full member, an associate member needs to participate fully in 2 qualifying events in two years. Currently, only Hansang Convention, City Forum and ASEAN Regional Forum count as qualifying events. A full member holds the right to vote and to participate in major decision-making processes.
New members are finally selected at the end of each year, and all members have to pay a membership fee every year. A member maintains the eligibility as a member by attending at least one forum in every three years. All members must agree with the mission, vision and core values of YBLN and comply faithfully with the YBLN rules and principles and refrain from religious and political statements and activities.
- YBLF
Abbreviation for Young Business Leaders Forum that is being held annually during the Korean Business Convention every fall, that is organized by Overseas Koreans Foundation under the auspices of South Korean Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
- Regular Forum
A forum that’s being held autonomously by YBLN during the annual Korean Business Convention.
- City Forum
The official annual forum that is organized by the Members outside of Korea.
- Continental Meeting
An official event that is held in regions such as North America, South America, Europe, ASEAN, China, Japan, and Korea. The Regional Forum that an associate member can obtain full membership from participation is the ASEAN Regional Forum.

a. 년간 매출 1백만불 이상 기업의 설립자, 공동설립자, 소유주, 최대주주, 또는 이익공유파트너
(법률, 회계, 컨설팅, 의료 등의 서비스 기업일 경우)
b. 년간 매출 2억불 이상 기업의 임원
4) 추천인이 있어야 합니다.

- 최근 년도의 재무제표 및 기타 관련 증거서류
- (해당 자료가 있다면) 본인 관련 신문, 잡지, 미디어 기사
사업을 영위하고 있는 국가나 산업 내에서 신망이 두텁고 경험이 풍부한 분.
비즈니스리더로서 이미 성공적인 경력을 쌓고 있는 분.
이타적이며 정직하고 대인관계가 좋은 분.
정회원 5인 이상의 지지가 있어야 합니다.
입회 반대 의사가 있을 경우 멤버십위원회에서 검토합니다.
지역적으로 회원수가 제한될 수 있습니다.

1) Regardless of nationality, 50 or younger Koreans with international business or a presence abroad
2) The size of the enterprise must satisfy at least one of the criteria below
a. They must be a founder, a co-founder, an owner, a majority shareholder or a profit-sharing partner (in case of a service-oriented company such as legal, accounting, consulting, medical firm) of a company which has 1 million USD or more annual gross sales.
b. They must be a founder of the same industry for more than 3 years owner, major shareholder, or equity partner (in case of a service-oriented company such as legal, accounting, consulting, medical firm) with annual turnover over USD Half a Million. Those who have been recommended representatives of each continent and country and by 3 or more full members.
c. They must be executives of global companies with annual gross sales exceeding USD 200 million.
3) They must have a recommender.

- Recommendation letter (from a full member of YBLN or an agency)
- Letter of an agreement to the mission, vision and core values of YBLN and the use of the personal information for the management of members of YBLN
- A CV or a cover letter that introduces the candidate and a company brochure or company profile that introduces the business of the candidate
- A copy of passport and a copy of company registration
- A copy of the certified financial statement of last year
- Any media references such as news articles or magazines if available
A promising candidate should be
-A trusted and well-experienced entrepreneur in the industry and/or in the country.
-A business leader who has already built a successful career.
-A person of generous and honest character and has good interpersonal relations.
If any opposition is stated, the Membership Committee will thoroughly re-examine the candidate.
The number of members in a region may be subject to a limit.
