2016년 YBLN Regional Forum in Thailand 참가 신청 및 참가비 납부와 관련하여 안내 메일 드립니다.

원활한 행사 준비를 위하여 기한 내에 신청 및 납부가 이루어질 수 있도록 적극적인 협조를 부탁드립니다.

1. 호텔 (Marriott Executive Appartments Sukhumvit Park Bangkno)

   - 특별히 Single Room(Studio)을 원하는 경우가 아니라면 방배정시 Senior, Junior를 랜덤하게 배정할 계획입니다.

   - 특히, 호텔 예약 등과 관련하여 신청 후 취소, 변경에 따른 패널티가 발생할 수 있으며 발생된 비용은 개별 청구됩니다.

   - 대한민국 여권의 경우 90일까지 무비자 입국이 가능합니다. 

   - 그 외 국적인 경우 준비위원회에 문의하시면 확인 후 회신하여 드리겠습니다.

   - 공항 3번 출구(GATE 3)로 나오시면 준비위원 혹은 회원이 대기하고 있습니다.

   - 회원을 만나지 못한 경우 하단의 비상연락처로 전화주시기 바랍니다.

   - 택시를 이용할 경우 출국장 내 Airport Taxi(요금 1,2000THB/ 35USD)에 문의하여 Marriott Executive Aprtments Sukhumvit(90 Sukumvit Soi 24)로 오시면 됩니다.

     (Public Texi의 경우 공항 외부 승강장으로 이동하여 오래 기다려야하는 단점이 있습니다.)

- Member and Wife : 400 USD (470,000 KRW) for each person

- Non-member : 500USD (590,000 KRW) for each person

          Extra stay 1 room per night : 70,500 KRW per person (or 60USD, 2,060THB)

        - Studio Room x 2 nights : 282,000 KRW per person  (or 240USD, 8,240THB)

          Extra stay 1 room per night : 141,000 KRW per person (or 120USD, 4,120THB)

        - only Studio Room is available : 180,000 KRW per room per night (or 150USD, 5,400THB)    

 

2. Room allotment

- We would like to have 10 apartments of 2 bed rooms (3 persons per apartment) first and we will mix Senior and Junior members randomly. (FYI, 1 Apartment unit has 1 twin bed room + 1 double bed room + a living room)

- Those who are late for the registration or want Single Room(Studio) by her/himself, they may stay separate unit.

-  In case any cancellation or change causes a penalty, it will be charged to the person directly.

 

3. VISA for Thailand

   - 90 days VISA redemption is applied to Korean passport holders. 

   - for other passport, please e-mail us, we will check and reply.

 

3. Airport pick-up

   - there will be one of our members will be await you at the GATE 3

   - in case you do not see any of our member, please contact one of 2 contacts above

   - in case you use Taxi, please use Airport Taxi within the airport, (fare 1,2000THB/ 35USD) and come to “Marriott Executive Aprtments Sukhumvit (90 Sukumvit Soi 24)”

     (you may find using Public Texi troublesome, as you need to go out of the airport using the lift outside, etc..)

 

4. Golf or Tour after the event

   - if you would like to participate one of either extra events, please let Jeong Young Hoon or Kim Jin Bum know and register & make payment as check-in.
